CircFit - Worried you don’t have the strength for Aerial classes? Before you start flying, this class will build strength and muscle, using Silks, Trapeze, Ropes, and Lyra. Most new students that come in have never tried anything like this in their life, and are not used to lifting/pushing/pulling their own body weight. This class will teach you to properly and successfully invert, and as you move up you’ll improve your upper body strength, flexibility, and endurance. You will get strong and have fun!
